The Bank was incorporated on 7th October 1993 incorporation No RC No 230617 The Bank transformed to Gbede Mlicrofinance Bank Limited in line with Microfinance policy regulatory and supervisory framework for Nigeria as issued by Central Bank of Nigeria in December 2005.
The Central Bank of Nigeria final license was approved on January 21st, 2009 and has been operating as a unit Mlicrofinance Bank Limited servicing Gbede land and its environs.
